First Direct Phishing Scam
Aimed at First Direct bank customers who perhaps are in a hurry and don't look at sender email address or click though web address. Generic "Dear customer" greeting shows that the senders don't know who you are. Genuine bank emails are personally addressed to each account holder often quoting part of the post code to verify that the sender is in fact the bank.

Notes: Sender email addresses: support@worldofmodels.com... very unlikely to be a genuine First Direct email address. The domain name is currently up for sale.

Recommendation: Delete the email.
