ICANN Verification Phishing Scam
If ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) wished you to verify your details including email address you would be contacted directly by them using an icann.org email address or via your Domain Registrar and not by a cPanel username on your domain name. It is a phishing scam...
Let's look more closely at the e-mail received.

As mentioned above if ICANN/Domain Registrars wish to contact you they will do from their own email address that you will recognise. If they wish you to verify details they will provide a link to their website not a Verify [Your email address] button that links to: https://www.delview.com/MobileDefault.aspx?reff=https%3A%2F%2FVerification.yarix.cyou%2Findex.html%3Fuserid%3D
This appears to be a link to delview.com which appears to be a website offering apartments in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA... an unlikely address linking to Verification.yarix.cyou, a website not being displayed for yarix.cyou. I am not risking clicking through the subdomain link Verification.yarix.cyou.
Recommendation:
Just delete the e-mail.
