Loan offer for Personal and Business Financing Scam
"Out of the blue" a super-low "too good to be true" offer of a business or personal loan is a sign of a 419 advanced fee scam. See notes below what my friend "Gem" (Gemini AI) thinks of the email.

Notes: No genuine loan company would send out cold contact emails like this and not from an email address such as 2580@euroschoolindia.com. We also received an email from this email address promising a large amount of money in a Compensation scam. The reply to email address would not use a free outlook account and for those particular about spelling there is only one f in the word information or info
Let's see what Gem has to say...
This email is a textbook example of an Advance-Fee Loan Scam. The scammers are using the name of a legitimate, well-known US personal lender called Avant to build trust, but they have altered the name slightly to "Avant Loans Corps" to trick you.
Why This is a Blatant Scam
The "Too Good to Be True" Interest Rate: No legitimate lender is offering a 2% fixed interest rate on personal, business, or farm loans. For context, typical personal loan rates from real lenders like Avant or Discover range from 9.99% to 35.99% APR depending on your credit. A 2% rate is financially impossible for a private lender.
They Cover Too Many Categories: Legitimate online lenders specialise. A company does not casually offer "farm loans, student loans, investment funds, and vehicle loans" all in one simple, generic email template.
Generic Greeting & Vague Details: Starting an email with "Hello Sir/Madam" means they are blasting this to thousands of random email addresses. Real banks address you by your legal name.
No Legit Broker Operates via Cold Reply: Real financial institutions require you to apply through a secure, encrypted online portal or in a physical branch. They will never ask you to reply to a casual email with the "approximate amount" you want to borrow.
How This Scam Works (And What Happens Next)
If you were to reply to "Benjamin Hayes," here is exactly what would happen:
The Instant Approval: They will reply almost immediately saying your loan has been approved, regardless of your credit score or income.
The Hook: They will send you fake loan documents that look official to make it feel real.
The Trap (The Advance Fee): Before they can "disburse" the funds into your account, they will claim you need to pay an upfront fee. They might call it an insurance fee, legal processing fee, collateral fee, or a "first month's deposit."
The Ghosting: Once you send that fee via an untraceable method (like a wire transfer, crypto, or gift cards), they will disappear, and you will never see a penny of the loan.
Recommendation: Just delete the email, do not click on any links. If you receive any suspect emails in the future, copy the email into google search box and click AI search. Gem will tell you all about it. Tell "her" you suspect it is a scam.
