Companies House Phishing Scam
This looks like an official Companies House email, in all likelihood it is a copy of a genuine email with the links changed to direct you to the phishing site of scammers. Take your time before you consider whether to click on any of the links...
E-Mails received:
Date: 11/09/2025, 16:57
From: Companies House yoshiko@ogata.po-jp.com
To: [Name and email address redacted]
Subject: WebFiling is moving to GOV.UK One Login.

Notes: The sender's email is suspicious. If there is anyone working for Companies House called "Yoshiko" he probably wont be sending official Companies House emails from a Japanese domain name po-jp.com (we checked the domain name registrant details on WHOIS). Each of the six links in the email will take you to https://temp-250911-pics-fzwdp-142450.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/OeF, clearly nothing to do with the Companies House official website.
Recommendation:
Just delete the e-mail, don't click on any links.
