Greed the precurser to being defrauded. Why would someone serious about project funding send out such an email

Notes: No one would seek investments from such a dubious source, a company calling itself Global Loan and Equity emailing from gmail email address. Scammers like to create impressive job titles for themselves such as here a "Chief Investment Consultation Officer. United Kingdom".
Recommendation: Delete the email.
