Notes: It is unlikely that you will know John Marin nor that you might have an interest in Q2 Performance Metrics (whatever those are). You are being contacted from what appears to be a facebook account though Gemini AR investigation of the E-mail headers show the address has been forged.
The click through address is to: https://link.lovekids.uk/drive, a very unlikely address that appears to be trying to imitate a Google Drive download link based on the domain lovekids.uk.
Recomendation: Don't click on any links, just delete the email.
