Two emails in quick succession with an impending deadline, each had different sender addresses and click through web addresses. Nothing to do with the Sumup platform, they are phishing attempts to get your bank details...
Let's have a look at the email received and look at the pointers that the email is a scam or phishing attempt to try to gain access to financial details...

Date: 24/04/2026, 01:25

To: Undisclosed recipients
Subject: Reminder: Please verify your account before 30. April 2026.
Notes: We do not have a Sumup account but even if the recipient has such an account communications are not likely to come from the address: admin60051@drenlia.com nor is the click through address be: https://vps-7220380.reframelearning.com/~noelriverainsura/re there does not appear to be any connection with the official Sumup website (sumup.com or sumup.co.uk).
The follow up email came from: info65350@vdartinc.com and the click through address was: https://servidor1.mwy.com.co/~fuerzalo/- the deadline in this case was said to be 9th May 2026
Recomendation: Don't click on any links, just delete the email.
