Supplier Inquiry Scam
Now if you are a non-profit or a charity it is clear that this is a scam as the prospective purchaser has not checked and seen that whatever he might wish to purchase you don't supply but what if you are a manufacturer of something or a supplier is this a genuine trade enquiry? I think not as the "purchaser" does not specify even in general terms what he might wish to purchase.

Notes: First we will look at the sender email address: tender@registration-shellenergy.com... registration-shellenrgy.com was only regsitered 5 months ago and does not display a website and appears to be an attempt to mimic the domain shellenergy.com which looks to be a legitimate shell domain name (registered for 27+ years) with a website as does the domain shell.cz with a website.
Contact details may be for genuine Shell CZ staff but it is unlikely you are being contacted by the real Shell company.
Recommendation: Delete the email.
