Digital Marketing Scam
We received this email and at first it seemed very much like SEO marketing Spam but looking more closely into the email suggests that it may be a scam where the intention is to defraud someone rather than just an unsolicited commercial communication...

I'm reaching out because I have a digital marketing plan that I think your audience would appreciate.
Would you be willing to receive a detailed proposal? Can I provide the deliverable for you to review?

Notes:
This seems very much like a B2B cold calling outreach. Not addressed by name when the email address has been scraped from one of out websites, vague proposal "digital marketing plan" offer of "detailed proposal" and mention of "deliverables". The email domain name does not correspond to an active website, another "red flag" that there is not a serious business contacting us.
Recommendation:
Just delete the e-mail, don't click on any links.
